State Representative Dawnna Dukes, Austin Area Urban League, and Women In Jazz invite you to attend the 16th Annual African American Community Heritage Festival. Last year’s festivities were highly successful with over 60 vendors, nearly 3,000 in attendance and fundraising efforts that have granted over $150,000.00 to the Huston-Tillotson University Scholarship Fund!

We extend special thanks to our generous sponsors, hard-working volunteers and service providers, without whom this wonderful event could not have been possible in 2014.

With a purposeful objective to raise scholarship funds for Huston-Tillotson University, Texas’ oldest Historical Black College, AACHF offers a family-friendly extravaganza filled with games and vendors; providing a Kid’s Zone with bounce houses, safety demonstrations, arts & crafts, home décor, books, clothing, jewelry, storytelling, health, vision and dental screenings and insurance outreach coupled with dance, giveaway prizes and a live entertainment mix to satisfy varying musical tastes.

Back by popular demand, grammy award winning and multiplatinum artist, Howard Hewett will make a Second Time Around even better than the first time.
