On March 2nd Lisa Gustavson & Francis Mathieu of boutique tour company Soujourner Tours will present What’s in a Name? The French AOC and AOP Food Labels Explained. This will be a not-to-be-missed discussion on the appellation system and how to decipher French food labels. Join us for this lively and informative session led by Soujourner Tours’ Lisa Gustavson & Francis Mathieu.
Light hors-d’oeuvres as well as samples of cheese from the Franche-Comté & Champagne regions will be provided by Alliance Française from 6:00-7:30pm. Non-members and guests will be charged a $5 fee.
