Austin’s largest and longest-running Day of the Dead event and features a grand procession, artist vendors, live music, a grand float by local piñata artisans, an exhibition with community altars inside the Museum, and educational programs. Attendees can also enjoy food from Chi’Lantroand Veracruz All Natural, hands-on art activities, and special performances by Gina Chavez, DJ Chorizo FunkTiarra Girls, and more! The 2015 event is co-sponsored by the City of Austin.”
