The Language House offers small-group adult Spanish language classes, one-on-one customized classes and private tutoring for adults and students 10 years and older. Currently all sessions are virtual via Zoom. Classes are fun, dynamic, creative, and emphasize listening comprehension and speaking skills, while introducing grammar and vocabulary. We also offer summer camps for kids between the ages of 10-13, as well as adults. The owner and teacher, Virginia Talley, has a Ph.D. in Spanish and 20 years of teaching experience. She frequently organizes virtual happy hours and cooking classes to provide her students extra speaking practice in a relaxed setting. In the summers, she organizes and leads adult trips to Oaxaca, Mexico, which include intensive language classes and guided cultural activities.
