“Since 2010 Cooking Up Cultures has had significant impact, particularly with Cooking Up English – our flagship program. Cooking Up Spanish is gaining ground quickly and has been in operation since 2013.

Since its inception in 2010 as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization under the umbrella of Austin Community Foundation, Cooking Up Cultures has been delivering a fusion of cooking and language classes to adult learners representing over 15 different countries, and over 12 languages. Core programming revolves around the six official languages of the United Nations: English, Spanish, French, Russian, Arabic, and Mandarin. The English program is the longest running for Cooking Up Cultures, with alumni across the globe.”
