Yummy Snacks (Cooking class)

This is a cooking class where campers will learn how to prepare healthy snacks while practicing the Spanish language and learning a little bit about the chemistry of cooking. Campers will enjoy tasting and learning the basics of making healthy and flavorful snacks.

Yoga & Meditation Camp

Yoga and meditation are techniques that promote self-discipline, positive attitude and self-confidence. Their benefits are physical, mental and emotional, therefore children learn to manage their moods, and develop inner strength, clarity, and creativity. These techniques also enhance listening skills, compassion, self-respect, and respect for others. These valuable tools will be utilized throughout campers’ lives. In this camp teachers will integrate activities and evidence-based tools such as growth mindset and character development into our classes to best support physical, mental and emotional development.

Math & Art Camp

Campers will discover mathematical magic using modern art. This camp provides children with an introduction to modern art and a deeper understanding of math concepts. As campers enjoy making masterpieces, they will practice their estimation, counting, measurement and number sense skills.

Art Lab

At this camp each activity is related to the work of a contemporary artist and their unique style. Campers will not only develop creativity but will also gain art vocabulary. We will focus on the process rather than the product.

Green Crafts

Campers will love making masterpieces using natural, reclaimed, and recycled materials. This camp encourages children to step outdoors, look around and appreciate nature. Using natural materials and exploring on our environment, we will raise awareness and better our understanding of ecological issues.

Spanish 101 & 102

Campers will learn, practice and develop their Spanish with dance, music, cooking and fun projects. Children will develop vocabulary and appreciation for diverse cultures. We will learn about Spanish speaking countries and their cultures through fun organized projects and activities.

Green Thumb

Gardens are where children’s imaginations engage nature, and the result is joyful learning. Gardening helps children develop an appreciation for the natural world and build the foundation for environmental stewardship. This camp is packed with information and inspiration to help you immerse children in gardening and outdoor learning experiences—green thumb or a perfect plot of land not required.
